How to allow access or reset permissions when using the Season mobile app you installed from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store
To join a Season appointment on the Season app, you need to give your browser permission to access your webcam and microphone.
Important Note
Please make sure you have updated your Season app from the respective app store before proceeding. You must be on at least version 1.1.7 or above to join telehealth appointments from the native app.

On an iOS Device
- When joining an appointment on the Season app from your iOS device, you will be prompted for access to your camera and microphone when you first attempt to join the appointment.
- Choose "Allow" to grant access.
How do I give permissions if I accidentally chose "Don't Allow"?
- If you inadvertently choose "Don't Allow", simply drag the page screen down with a single finger to reload the appointment, and choose "Allow" to continue.
- If you're still having trouble, close the app entirely and reopen it from your home screen, and attempt to join the appointment again. You should be prompted for access and can choose "Allow"
On an Android Device
When joining an appointment on the Season app from your Android device, you will be prompted for access to your camera and microphone when you first attempt to join the appointment. Choose "While using the app" or "Only this time" to proceed.
If you choose "While using the app", the Season app will not ask for permission every time you join a subsequent appointment.
If you choose "Only this time", you will be asked for permission to access your camera and microphone every time you join your appointment.
How do I give permissions if I accidentally chose "Don't allow"?
If you inadvertently choose "Don't allow", you will need to manually grant access to your camera and microphone for the Season app on your Android device.
- Long press on the Season app icon from your home screen to bring up the App Info settings, and press App info
- Press Permissions to modify the Season app's access to your device's camera and microphone.
- Press Camera and choose Allow only while using the app , press the back arrow in do the same for Microphone.
- Reopen the Season app and join your appointment.
