How to allow access or reset permissions when using the Safari browser
To join a Season appointment, you need to give your browser permission to access your webcam and microphone. You will be asked for permission to access your camera and microphone the first time you attempt to join an appointment. If you inadvertently block access, please follow these steps to grant permission so that you can properly join your appointment.

How to Allow Camera and Microphone in the Browser
- Open Safari Preferences: Click on “Safari” in the top-left corner of the screen, then select "Settings for app.seasonhealth.com..."
- Check Permissions: On the popup, ensure that "Camera" and "Microphone" are each set to "Allow"
- Refresh the Page: Close the preferences window and refresh the page.
How to Allow Camera and Microphone in your iOS device browser
When accessing your appointment on a iOS device through your mobile browser, you will be prompted for access to your phone's microphone and camera upon entering the waiting room.
If you inadvertently select "Cancel", you can reload the page by pressing the reload icon on the right hand side of your browser's address bar, or by dragging the page down with your finger and reloading the page, which will re-prompt you for permissions.
