How to allow access or reset permissions when using the Chrome browser
To join a Season appointment, you need to give your browser permission to access your webcam and microphone. You will be asked for permission to access your camera and microphone the first time you attempt to join an appointment. If you inadvertently block access, please follow these steps to grant permission so that you can properly join your appointment.

How to Allow Camera and Microphone in the Browser
- While on the Season platform, select the icon located near the left side of your search bar. Depending on your version of Chrome, this will either be a lock icon or what they call a TUNE icon
- When the menu appears look for camera, mic and sound options.
- Make sure the toggle is blue for camera and microphone, this will ALLOW access to those devices.
- Alternatively, you can choose to Reset permissions, which will then ask you to reload the page, and you will then be asked to grant permissions to your camera and microphone as well.
