How to allow camera and microphone access for all browsers and operating systems

To join a Season appointment, you need to give your browser permission to access your webcam and microphone.

Basic troubleshooting steps

1. Begin by logging into Season and joining your appointment on your web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, etc.) and follow the prompts to allow access to your camera and microphone.
2. Your preview video will appear on your browser in the waiting room.
3. Your camera and microphone can be controlled by clicking on the Settings icon of the bottom control bar of your appointment.
