How to allow camera and microphone access for all browsers and operating systems
To join a Season appointment, you need to give your browser permission to access your webcam and microphone.
Basic troubleshooting steps
- Begin by logging into Season and joining your appointment on your web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, etc.) and follow the prompts to allow access to your camera and microphone.
- Your preview video will appear on your browser in the waiting room.
- Your camera and microphone can be controlled by clicking on the Settings icon of the bottom control bar of your appointment.
