What is the Season Guarantee?

Our billing team works swiftly to run an insurance eligibility check on your behalf to give you information on your coverage before your initial appointment. However, in the rare case that your eligibility check is not completed prior to your initial appointment, Season offers the Season guarantee.   The Season guarantee means that Season will cover any out-of-pocket costs associated with your initial appointment if we are not able to complete your insurance check before your initial appointment. 

Your health shouldn't come with financial stress. While we cannot cover co-pays, we strive to make our services as accessible as possible. If your insurance denies your claim or you are charged other out-of-pocket expenses, Season will cover those expenses for any past visits.
