What's the cancellation policy?

Should you need to cancel for whatever reason, you’ll be able to submit a request under Settings in the Season app under the Your Subscription section. No additional steps are required. Additionally, Season will issue a prorated refund, if applicable, based on when in your monthly billing cycle you cancelled. For example, if you cancel with one week remaining in your current month, you’ll be refunded for that week.
