How do I know if I am eligible to participate in Season?

If you live in Arizona and you have a Diabetes diagnosis, or if you are currently pregnant and have a condition that makes your pregnancy high risk, then you are eligible to join Season. We are hoping to one day open our services to the general public, and would be more than happy to add your information to our waiting list if neither of these conditions applies to you, which you can do by reaching out to our Customer Support team at support@seasonhealth.com.
